What even is creatine? Well, it's an amino acid, but it isn't actually used to make protein. It's found 100% naturally in foods like beef, pork and fish, and you know what else? You also make it in your own body. That's right. You're making it right now, as you're watching this video, while you're looking at me. Disgusting. Yep, that terrible steroid. It's not that your mother is terrified of you getting hooked on is made in the cells of your own body every day. So creatine is a completely normal and healthy part of your metabolism, not some weird artificial substance that has been discovered in a lab by scientists hoping to make super soldiers like I mentioned, as animals produce it in their cells. Creatine is found in animal muscle, and that's why meat eaters tend to have higher levels of muscle creatine than vegans. However, I wouldn't recommend using meat as your primary source of creatine. And that's because to get the same amount of creatine as you'd get in one little scoop of creatine monohydrate powder, you'd need to eat almost 1.3 kilogrammes of beef. Not only does that come with a lot of extra calories, about 1500 calories if you use lean beef, it's also stupidly expensive. That's why creatine supplements can be so beneficial. In fact, continuous supplementation can increase the amount of creatine in your muscles by 20 to 40%.

On my 6th bag now
I've been using myprotein creatine for quite a while now. Its creatine. It works. Only thing I would add is that if they could change the serving spoon to 5g instead of 3gGoes Well With:Preworkout, shakes. Just don't be a madman and dryscoop it.

Best creatine on the market
I first tried the unflavored creatine because I generally like flavored supplement. it was truly unflavored and went down very well. when I tried the blue raspberry, let me tell you, I don't think I will be going back to unflavored any time soon. it is sweet, and hits the spot. the only issue is I feel it could be a little too sweet, and I could potentially get sick of it. so definitely will buy the unflavored just in case I get sick of the sweetness. but it is delicious, dont get me wrong.Goes Well With:water

I tried first time this creatine, the taste is really very nice. I like to continue order this same flavour.

Creatine (unflavoured)
Easy to mix and truly unflavoured. Good for people who are sensitive to the weird taste that some supplements may have.

Blue Raspberry
Hands down the Blue Raspberry is the nicest i've consumed. Mix and dissolve well with water, i don't notice any leftovers at the bottom of my cup. Highly recommend!!

Much Better Than Previous Experience
First tried creatine 6 years ago from a different ("explosive" type) and everytime I had it, it had this buzz all over my body, to the point it felt like it impeded my performance instead of enhance. So it took me awhile to give creatine another shot and tried with MyProtein. Tastes heaps better and doesn't giving me the buzzing sensation while giving me the boost I need for my workout.Goes Well With:Cold water and Clear Isolate

Great Taste!
Awesome solubility. Really love the blue raspberry flavour and I use it as an intra-workout hydration. Recently bought the berry burst and tastes like cough syrup but it's still an effective supplement. Goes Well With:Water

Unique tasting creatine powder
Provides a new experience of consuming creatine with the blue raspberry flavour as opposed to the bland tasting ones we’re used to
