What are Energy Gels?

Energy gels are created for an instant boost of energy, helping you to refuel during exercise. Our Energy Gel Elite sachets are a combination of maltodextrin and fructose, with an electrolyte and vitamin blend for a complete all-in-one formula. The added electrolytes are especially important as they’re lost from the body through sweat during exercise.

When to Use Energy Gels?

Energy gels are great for providing an instant hit of carbs, electrolytes and vitamins — making them ideal to keep topped up during prolonged endurance exercise. Whether you’re playing football, on a long-distance cycle ride, or you’re running a marathon, these handy sachets are a perfect solution.

Best Energy Gels

We offer two different types of energy gels so that you can find the best one for you, depending on your goals and training needs.

Our Energy Gel Elite is packed with 25g of carbs, with an electrolyte and B vitamin blend — perfect for helping you to beat fatigue.

Alternatively, we also have a Recovery Gel Elite which combines protein, carbohydrates, glutamine and BCAAs in one high-impact formula.

Plus, all of our gels have been batch tested by Informed-Sport to make sure that they’re in line with the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) guidelines, and are therefore officially safe for professional athletes of all levels.
