Using an expert filtration process that keeps the protein in a more natural form, there are less of the unnecessary extras in this powder – with a minimal 0.6g of fat and 0.7g of sugar per serving (flavour dependant). 

There's also a high leucine content, which is an essential amino acid that occurs naturally in dairy protein, which helps to build and repair new muscle.¹

When to take Native Whey Isolate?

We recommend having a shake 30-60 minutes' post-workout – just add 1 large scoop (25g) to 200ml water or milk.
