Our science-backed formula combines the heavily evidenced power of creatine² with caffeine’s endurance-enhancing kick.¹ Plus, added vitamin B12 to counter fatigue, whether that’s a sleepy start to the day or a post-work slump.

1. Caffeine helps improve concentration and increases endurance performance.
2. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine.
3. Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
4. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal psychological function.

Mix 15.7g (approx. 1 scoop) with 350ml of water and consume 30 minutes before exercise. Consume once daily. Powder settles over time, we recommend weighing for the most accurate measure.
