What is PRE:PARE?
PRE:PARE is a part of Myprotein’s Endurance Range, a unique formula of carbohydrates and minerals. PRE:PARE also provides a protein blend of whey protein concentrate, isolate, and casein hydrolysate (PeptoPro®), and 5g of Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT’s) per 50g serving.

Who is PRE:PARE Suitable for?
PRE:PARE is ideal for anyone looking to for a source of protein and carbohydrates prior to exercise or competition with the addition of caffeine. It is recommended to consume 1 serving (50g) of PRE:PARE 45-60 minutes prior to your exercise for optimal effects.

Add 400-500ml of water into our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add 1 and a half MP large scoops (50g), shake and consume. We recommend consuming 30-60 minutes before exercise.
