1. Caffeine contributes to an increase in endurance performance and capacity. Caffeine helps to improve concentration and increase alertness. (full effect with 3mg of caffeine per kg body weight, one hour prior to exercise)
- Mix 25g (approx. 2 scoops) with 300-400ml of water and consume 30 minutes before your workout. Consume once daily. Powder settles over time, we recommend weighing for the most accurate measure.
