Perfect for work-out day!
I got a bag in my trial package and loved it - exactly one portion to take along with my mini-mixer to the gym and then shake it up after the workout to get a nice tasting full package of protein + BCAAs. Felt great and will get the full box!Goes Well With:For the small sample I just got water from the gym, but I am sure it will work even better with some milk at home.
