What does Protein Pancake Mix taste like?

Our deliciously light and fluffy Protein Pancake Mix is available in a range of mouth-watering indulgent flavours, including Vanilla, Maple Syrup, and Golden Syrup.

We’ve also got our extremely versatile Unflavoured too, providing the perfect base to build and top as you wish. So you can be good or just plain naughty!

How do I prepare Protein Pancake Mix?

  1. Scoop 50g of powder into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add 65ml of your favourite plant milk and whisk to a smooth paste.
  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a low /medium heat and lightly oil as required.
  4. Using a large spoon or scoop drop 3 even lots of pancake mix into the pan.
  5. Cook on the first side for 2 mins before flipping over using a spatula
  6. Cook for a further 2 mins or until golden brown.
  7. Serve with a choice of toppings.

Taste is alright but does not mix well

You are recommended to mix two scoops of this mix with 100-125ml of water. I tried it with 125ml at first but the consistency is too watery so I did it a second time with 100ml of water and it was still too watery. Tried adding in another scoop but it was unsalvagable. Watery pancake batter makes horrible pancakes.
