Pretty Tasty and Cost-Efficient
5This meal replacement has been used in place of my dinner before workout or as a quick lunch at work. I chose it for its superb calories and macros. It has just about enough of everything to keep me from craving cakes and cookies. This turns out to be a major cost saving meal and it has been extremely helpful in helping me save money. The meal replacement lasts me about a month or so, which caps my food cost to as low as possible without sacrificing nutrients and taste. As I have no allergies to milk, I did not experience any form of symptom as such. I would totally recommend this to my friends and family for a lean and healthy meal replacement. Goes Well With:1) Cold water 2) Milk (low fat/fat free/full cream)

Banana flavor tasted weird
4I got banana flavored one and the chocolate one. For reference I only used water for both flavors. The banana meal replacement had a strange aftertaste to it - rather off-putting and nauseating. Sure it did taste mildly like banana, but the aftertaste overpowered it. Chocolate on the other hand was pretty good and tasty, easy to drink. Would recommend chocolate. Goes Well With:Banana flavor should be mixed with something that isn't water, chocolate goes well with water, better with milk (or even chocolate milk).

One of the best Meal Replacement Shakes I've had
3I had pretty late adult lactose intolerance and I don't really care. I use isolate for post workouts and that works like a charm. I really needed a Meal Replacement shake cos I tend to overeat when i miss meals, etc. Take note this has a lot of milk in the ingredients and that's to blame for a lot of the side effects. As a Meal Replacement shake however, this is one of the best value for money. Salted caramel tasted awesome (tou nothing really like it)! With the recommended 2 scoops, it gave an excellent thick shake straight out of the free shaker (usually most are watery but this was nice milkshake level consistency even with water!). Loved it. I used it in place of dinner first time. The gas came. Then i was like oh ok - my time has come. Midnight on the toilet. No diaorrhea, just an epic dump. Pleasantly surprised! Another day had it for breakfast and it was excellent. No gas this time. By noon had a little diaorrhea, and then i was completely fine. For my lactose intolerance, this is considered v.good already. Overall I'd say give this product a second shot. Really helped with weight loss and take it with stuff to supress the lactose intolerance if you're going out and about. For WFH, this was solid. Saved me $ from food delivery. Downside- can't replace regular protein shakes for post workout. I was sore for much longer relying on just this for post-gym sessions. Need regular protein as well.Goes Well With:Water. Thick enough shake. If you still need milk, soundproof your toilet :D

Taste Bad, bad gas and diarrhea!
1Smells a little like mob water, gave me gas the entire day and had diarrhea immediately! Contacted support and they say I should consult a doctor as the product should be of no issue, no refund given whatsoever.

Good but too sweet
5It’s my 2nd purchase and both times are chocolate flavoured. The only concern is the sweetness of the protein shake as compared to other protein shakes i had. But it does the job. 1 scoop will do, not 2 scoops.Goes Well With:1 scoop with 450-500ml water or a mix of milk/water.

Strawberry
4Bought the strawberry flavour and likewise with the reviews, it was too sweet for me but it really tasted like strawberry milkshake! Love it! Highly recommended if you are a person with sweet tooth (: Goes Well With:600 ML of Water with 2 Scoops

Gave me the worst stomach pains
1Bought the salted caramel flavour. Tastewise it was okay and tasted like powdered milk with a tinge of salt. Unfortunately, every time I used this product I would suffer really painful stomach cramps and diarrhea afterwards (sorry for tmi). My other family members tried it and reported similar symptoms. Such a waste of money for me... I really wanted to like it...

Bought the vanilla flavour, never going back.
5I absolutely love the vanilla flavour. Tastes amazing, especially if you like milk. Its a little sweeter than regular milk, and the vanilla doesn't taste artificial at all. The weird aftertaste of regular protein shakes is barely noticeable. Mixes really well even with cold water. This will be a good base for milkshakes. Goes Well With:water/milk

Value for money and more
5If you are looking for a replacement blend that tastes good, goes easy on the wallet and at the same time see results, this is the one for you. I have been using this for some time and my weight has been declining steadily over the past few months. The taste is awesome and it makes dieting so much easier.Goes Well With:Water
