What is Protein Pasta?

Protein Pasta is a high protein food that can be added to certain dishes to increase the protein content or replace other high carbohydrate based foods. Protein Pasta is easy to cook (preparation time approximately 9 minutes) and will add a huge dimension to your meals. It is ideal for replacing high carbohydrate based foods such as pasta or potatoes.

01. Boil 1 Litre of water with a pinch of salt. 02. Dip the pasta pouch in to the water (leave pasta in the pouch). 03. Cook for at least 9 minutes, dependant upon taste preference. 04. Remove from pan and drain. 05. Open the pouch and serve on a plate (best consumed in the following 10 minutes).

Store in the original container in a cool and dry place. Make sure that the individual pasta bags and outer box are properly closed. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Consume as part of a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Make sure you drink plenty of liquid every day. Do not use as a sole source of nutrition.
