HOW TO COOK
Microwave Frozen:
🌡️ Cat E 🕖 Cook Time = 10 min. 30 sec.
FULL POWER 800W
• Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.
• Place on a microwaveable plate.
• Cook for 7 minutes.
• Stir, replace film lid and cook for a further 3 minutes 30 seconds.
• Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.
Oven Frozen:
🌡️ Fan 190°C 🌡️ Gas 6 🕖 Cook Time = 50 min.
Pre-heat oven Fan 190°C/Gas 6.
Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven.
35 minutes into cooking time, stir, replace film lid, return to the oven for a further 15 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.
