Macro:Meal

This shake has been designed to provide a balanced (1:1) ratio of protein which contributes to the growth of muscle mass, and carbohydrates which promote muscle recovery† after exercise. We recommend adding one packet (80g) to 250-350ml of water or milk in a Myprotein shaker 30 minutes before and/or after your workout. Alternatively consume any time of day to increase your daily calorie intake. †Beneficial effect is obtained through consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, at Porziones within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours of exercise.
