Great bedtime protein shake
Been using this for 2 weeks mostly as a bedtime protein shake for that overnight slow release of protein and BCAA. Waking up feeling more 'recovered' than without the shake. I do train everyday so the positive difference is more profoundly felt, at least for me. Mixability is surprisingly good. I just wish the taste could be creamier.Goes Well With:water
