5I have been taking the product, just about 2 scoops (provided) per day on most days (but not everyday) for about 2 and a half months now. I am surprised it really worked well. I knew my ideal weight is around 65kg and after taking the product, my weight literally went up gradually from an average of 61Kg to 62, 63 and now 64Kg on average. I acheived it with the help of the product without changing my lifestye habits such as runnig 30 to 40Km per week and about 1 to 2 sessions of weight/calistening training as well as only bulletproof coffee as breakfast for 5 days a week and not indulging in processed food, sugary stuff and unhealthy snacking etc.Goes Well With:Milk

5Easily dissolvable in a cold solution of milk or water. Good taste and is pure. I think the creatine content helped me to do better in more strenuous workouts.Goes Well With:Milk

Tastes good but a little gritty
4Good flavour (I got the chocolate) but it takes a fair bit of mixing to go down smoothly. Quite effective in meeting caloric needs thoughGoes Well With:Water

Brown Sugar Milk Tea Taste just the way it is, highly recommended !
4Ordered on 26 Aug , received on 6 Sept. Took quite a while since it was from UK. Nevertheless, the protein powder was received in good condition with expiry date of 01/2024. Tried it and the taste is just like Brown Sugar Milk Tea , might be a little too sweet but able to sustain for long run given it's taste. Mixed two scoop instead of 3 1/2 scoops with 550ml and to my surprise, there wasn't any clump at the bottom so I guess it's all good !

The most disgusting weight gainer I've ever tried
1I got the Chocolate Smooth. The taste was so bad, beyond anything I've ever tried before; Absolutely inedible. A waste of money. Never gonna buy any weight gainer from you anymore.Goes Well With:Does not go well with anything at all.

Chocolate Mint is so good
5I think this is my third or fourth times ordering and this really helps as I am trying to gain my weight and muscle. It took me quite long but I managed to gain my weight from 56kg to 60kg in 6 months with proper eating and workout. I love chocolate mint as it is very refreshing compare to chocolate flavour which is a bit too sweet for me.Goes Well With:I pair with soy milk and it taste so good and thick.

Great boost after a workout
5I love chocolate and although it has a somewhat artificial taste to it...maybe its cos of the sugar substitutes etc but it works well if you need a boost of protein and carbs after a workout. Because of the serving size, you'll need a big container and I use a blender cos I wouldn't think it'll mix on its own with a shaker cup. Goes Well With:Bananas, milk, water.

Chocolate Smooth vs Chocolate Mint
5Was sceptical about the taste of protein powders after trying some other brands in the past. Cos they tasted awful. 1st purchase was Chocolate smooth. Very sweet, nice and a fail safe option for all chocolate lovers. One notable effect was that my concentration level in the day has increased. Serving: 2 scoops per day mix with 200ml of liquid (did not follow as instructed) 2.5kg lasted about 3 weeks Workout frequency: none Read a lot of good reviews on the Chocolate Mint flavour here. Just received the Chocolate Mint (2nd purchase) and finished my first 2 scoop serving. The mint has a refreshing after-taste. The taste is acceptable. Drinking this flavour once in a while in small amounts is fine. It's not for the long run and its not for everyone. Will be going back to Chocolate smooth after this.Goes Well With:milk and water. Mix with milk for a tastier feel.

5Was looking at a proper product to gain some good muscle. Gained almost 5kg in just 30 days with a proper meal plan and effective gym sessions, Did not take the recommended amount but only 2 heaped scoops a day on a day with a workout and one scoop for days without a workout. Mint Chocolate flavor is quite good and goes well with water. Make sure to drink enough water throughout the day!

Cheap and good
4It tastes pretty good.My 2nd order.And this came without a scoop though.Overall worth the price when on the 50% sale.But for some reason there is always a clump at the bottom which i am unable to shake it down. It helps with doms tremendously i find.
