Our Hake Fillets are sourced from the South African Coast and have a very mild and delicate flavour which is succulent and flaky when cooked to perfection.

Cooking Instructions
Shallow Fry (from chilled): 1. Pre-heat oil in a pan on a medium heat, 2. Remove product from packaging, 3. Bring the meat to room temperature, 4. Place in the pan and cook for 4-6 minutes each side, carefully turning occasionally, 5. Rest fish in foil for up to 5 minutes after cooking for best results.
