Some say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so it makes sense to start off in a protein-packed way. With 37g of protein per 100g, Protein Granola supports all of your training goals.1
And, whether you’re a sprinter or a squatter — it’s a great source of fibre and carbohydrates, which are super-important for recovery after working out.2
1. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
2. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. This beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours, and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.
When to enjoy Protein Granola?
Mix 30g of granola with 150ml of skimmed milk in a bowl and enjoy — it’s great for breakfast, as a snack on its own, or as a dessert with Greek yoghurt and fruit.
What to enjoy Protein Granola with?
Our granola is an excellent start to your day, and it goes great with our Protein Breakfast Smoothie Blend, which has over 19g of protein per serving and is packed with essential vitamins.

Very nice and taste like normal granola
Taste is excellent. Like normal granola but with higher protein content. Taste well with milk. Just that price is quite expensive compare to normal granolaGoes Well With:Milk

Report this reviewChocolate caramel protein granola
Honestly i'm new to the whole fitness thing and I've really been struggling with my making up my 90g of protein a day. This granola is yummy and definitely helped with achieving my protein goals. I take it with unsweetened almond milk and hazelnut flavdrops... and this is truly a breakfast for kings (in a hurry to go to work in the mornings)... I was a bit surprised when I opened the bottle though, the contents looked like a snack treat rather than the regular granola/oats... more like chocolate balls/yummy bits. Hard to believe the macros, but I shall have faith!

Love this product! Tried both the berry and chocolate flavours - chocolate is my favourite because the dried strawberries in the berry flavour are a bit soft and can stick to your teeth. In general, I would recommend both flavours though. Had problems stopping myself, too good!! Goes Well With:GOES WELL ON ITS OWN INTO YOUR MOUTH but im sure milk would do too; didn't try. Ate it right out of the tub.
