Everyone knows that protein is made from amino acids right of the 20 amino acids, nine are essential, meaning we can't make them from other amino acids in our bodies. And we have to get them from our diet of those three are called branched chain amino acids. Because of their branched carbon structure, those amino acids are varying isoleucine. And the most well known Lucy, people know that Protein is essential for building muscle. But people don't actually know why think of your body as a building that has two processes going on at the same time building up and tearing down. If you want to maintain the building, you need to keep the two processes in balance. If you don't do as much building up compared to tearing down, the building gets smaller, think of your muscles shrinking. On the other hand, if you do more building off the normal, the building or your muscles get bigger over time. This building up process is called muscle protein synthesis. And the tearing down process is called muscle protein breakdown. Both happen all the time in our bodies. But there are a couple of things that we can do to stimulate muscle protein synthesis. The first is exercise, especially resistance exercise. This is the most important signal for starting muscle protein synthesis. Think of it as opening the gates of a construction site without a signal from exercise. Muscle growth doesn't really happen. The other way we can increase MPs is by eating protein. soy foods like whey protein that are high in BCAAs are really useful for stimulating muscle growth, especially after exercise.
An everyday blend of the essential amino acids — leucine, isoleucine, and valine, these naturally occur in protein, which helps to build and repair new muscle1 — making sure your body’s prepared to tackle your next training session.

watermelon
It tastes absolutely disgusting and does not even mix properly. the muscle recovery works somewhat but it is not nice at all Goes Well With:water duhh

Great Taste
The Ice Tea flavour tastes really good, pretty close to real sweetened iced tea. Not getting that weird artificial sweetener taste as strongly as their soy isolate protein powder. Very easy to mix and no graininess when drunk either. Goes Well With:Cold water

Peach Mango
Strong acidity taste which ends with a bitter after effect. Definitely not my type of drink. It does help to reduce muscle fatigue and keeps me well hydrated throughout my sessions.

Mojito
Trying to sneak in cocktail in my diet so got the mojito flavour. It's ok but just too sweet. I either add more ice water than suggested or use cucumber infused water. Goes Well With:Ice cucumber infused water

Ice Tea
Taste exactly like ice tea. Sweet but acceptable. I mix 2 scope with 400mls of water in the mini shaker. Agree that the packaging is abit messy as the scope is tiny and gets drown in the powder easily. Gonna get a container to transfer for easier consumption. Goes Well With:Ice water

Like fruit juice
It's like fruit juice taste. Mixes well and good to have if you want a non milk based recovery product.

Ice Tea
Bought the 250g Ice tea and the taste is GREAT! I am waiting for new stocks before I order again. They only have the 250g bag. IF they could increase to 500g to 1kg like some of the better flavours I would definitely get in 1kg

Unflavored only for the brave
Go unflavored and save on the 1 calorie per intake if you feel like you like to live dangerously. If you ever want a taste of hell, try combining this, impact whey protein and plain milk combined together. Seriously get the flavoured versions. The extra calories are worth it. Goes Well With:A gallon of milk to musk the endless suffering

Poor taste
Raspberry lemonade tastes really awful. Similar to cough syrup
