Horrible
The lid has un-removeable plastic spokes to mix your protein, but it's terrible, I still get disgusting clumps of whey even after lots of shaking. The whey also often gets stuck under the lid and its hard to clean thoroughly, so there's often a lingering smell. Gross. What's the point of a metal shaker if the lid is poorly designed and unhygienic? I took the lid off one of my old plastic shakers to attach to this and stuck the shaker ball in there.

Poor design
It's made of metal, so if you add cold water, it'll be really cold and if you add hot water, the bottle will be freaking hot. What a poor choice of material, with no insulation at all. It just looks aesthetically appealing

Low Plastic Material
Got it less than a month and the plastic lid is broken. very fragile.
