- Add 50g of powder (2 scoops) to 150ml water / milk and shake in a shaker alternatively use a blender
- Add contents from shaker into a microwaveable bowl
- Microwave using medium heat (800watt) for 30-45 seconds until preffered tempreture (stir every 15-20 seconds).
