Q: What is Impact Whey Protein Milkshake?
A: Impact Whey Milkshake is our thickest protein shake, built on a blend of Impact Whey Protein and grass-fed milk, delivering 20g of protein per serving to support muscle growth and recovery. It’s the most indulgent shake in the Impact Whey range, with under 112 calories per serving and zero added sugar.
Q: What makes the texture different from standard Impact Whey?
A: The 60/40 blend of Impact Whey and milk is pre-blended before the bag is sealed, at the specific ratio where thicker texture and high protein concentration are maintained. The result is a proper milkshake consistency with the protein to match.
Q: How much protein is in each serving?
A: Each serving delivers 20g of protein, with under 112 calories and zero added sugar*. That’s a meaningful dose to support muscle growth and recovery.
Q: How do I mix it?
A: Add 200–250ml of cold water or milk to your shaker first, then add one scoop and shake for 20–30 seconds until smooth. Using milk instead of water makes it thicker and richer, closer to the full milkshake experience. It also works well over ice.
Q: What does it taste like?
A: Thicker and creamier, with indulgent flavours like Vanilla Ice Cream, Chocolate Fudge, and Salted Caramel — developed to deliver a true milkshake experience. Best served cold.
Q: How is the quality assured?
A: Impact Whey Milkshake is developed alongside our Performance Advisory Board and tested for purity twice: once by our supplier at source, and again internally before it leaves us.
Q: Is Impact Whey Milkshake suitable if I’m lactose intolerant?
A: Impact Whey Milkshake contains milk-derived proteins, including whey protein concentrate, grass-fed milk protein isolate, and skimmed milk powder, all of which contain lactose.
Q: Can I take this alongside other supplements?
A: Impact Whey Milkshake works alongside a standard supplement routine. It stacks with creatine, pre-workout, or a multivitamin, and contributes to your daily protein intake like any high-quality whey.
