5Bought this around 1.5 months ago during NDP promo and have been taking it 4-5 times a week after hitting the gym. Result is as stated in title (To be fair I also take their Caesin Product before i hit the sack daily). Got the choco mint flavour as recommended by previous reviewer. Taste wise isn't perfect but acceptable and way better than other flavours I have tried before. Overall if you are focus on increasing your weight and muscle mass, I highly recommend this product.Goes Well With:Cold Water, Coconut Water

Sweet but effective
4It is way too sweet as compared to the typical protein shake. But of course, it's necessary to have the extra calories for skinny lads like us to gain weight. The mix-ability of the shake is a little bad maybe because of the sugar. Again, it's not too bad but sugar is a key concern for you, Go for the normal protein powder. Goes Well With:Cold water

Great taste, best result
5Tried the chocolate mint flavour and you won’t go for another flavour anymore. I’m having this gainer blend for more than 6 months and I have gained 6 kg so far, quite a satisfied result for myself compared to the other brands I tried.

Pretty good
4Have been on this for about a month and so far, it's been holding up, maintaining my weight. You probably won't want to do 3 1/2 scoops each time as recommended because your system needs getting used to the powder. It did make me want to go to the toilet more often in a day. I do about 2 scoops each time, three times a day. The unflavoured version smells milky but when mixed with unsweetened almond or coconut milk, it just feels like a refreshing and satiating smoothie. Go for the unflavoured version and mix with whatever you fancy. Goes Well With:Unsweetened almond, soy or coconut milk

Excellent result throughout my 1 year training.
5I have been training for a year now and before one of my friend,an athlete of myprotein introduce this brand to me, i have been trying many other weight and hard gainer , not going to mention the brands but i dont see any result.However, my first purchase of Myprotein was hard gainer extreme (cookies and cream). It taste exactly like cookies and cream! It also includes active ingredient such as creatine etc. Since theres a progress by consuming this product, i shared a serving to my friends and they are satisfied with it and currently switching to myprotein products! p.s Drink lots of water!Goes Well With:milk

NEVER BUY STRAWBERRY CREAM!!
2Taste unique the first time. After 2nd try onwards, I can feel myself almost wanting to puke each time I consume. Taste artificial af and it is too sweet.. Hate myself for purchasing it each time before i consume it.. As for effectiveness..not too sure..but since I have googled and it's only 400-500 calories, don't think it's worth the buy. Still trying out therefore rating it 3 stars.

Strawberry Cream flavor
5Not as sickly sweet as the chocolate smooth version, so that's a plus. Does well at what it's meant to do(gain weight when you are too lazy to cook), and buying this essentially saves you the time to mix in your own creatine.Goes Well With:Water, Almond Milk

Good mass gainer
5I mix the chocolate smooth flavour (3 scoops) with unsweetened soya milk (500ml), the resulting taste is godly. I take before/during my workout, and it provides me plenty of energy to sustain my 3 hour long training session (with heavy weigh). The only complain I have is the relatively high sugar content, I hope they can improve and reduce the sugar level.Goes Well With:unsweetened soya milk
