Love the taste (Chocolate Smooth)
5Love the taste. It mixes very well and the taste is the best I have ever tasted among the mass gainers I bought. It has oatflour and maize among its ingredients, another thing that I do not find in any other mass gainers. Bought it more like a meal replacement. The one I have tasted is the Chocolate Smooth flavour.

5Tastes really great when mixed with cold milk, first purchased a 2.5kg to try it out and so far I'm seeing slight changes, definitely will get it again!!Goes Well With:Cold Milk

great meal replacement
3I mainly started having the mass gainer extreme to act as a small meal in between my regular meals to give that extra carb and protein dose to gain weight.Tastes great - a bit of a sugary after taste ( not too strong though ). I have been having 4 scoops per day across 2 separate servings. Haven't seen significant weight gain results yet - but its been around 3 months now. Hope to see some positive results soon.

Good taste and value
5Bought this gainer as it included creatine and glumatine, sort of an all-in-one mass gainer. The cookies and cream flavour is spot on, but might be a little sweet so I'd usually use more milk instead. Overall I've put on 1.5kg in 2 weeks, and my lifts have gone up. Could be the creatine playing its part as well.Goes Well With:Water or Milk
