5This is my first time to purchase myprotein and it's great! The transaction was smooth, delivery was fast and everything was in a good condition when I received. The flavor I bought is chocolate mint and it tastes like dilute chocolate milk with a hint of mint when mixing with cold water. Surely it would have a better taste when mixing with unsweetened soya milk, and almond milk (sweetened milk will make it too sweet). I chose myprotein as it offers more than 50 flavors of protein powder and it is also more affordable than other brands. This impact whey protein contains 20g of protein with just a scoop and it is low in fat and carbs, which can prevent me from consuming too much fat and carbs while increasing protein intake. I also use it to make overnight oat for high protein breakfast and meal-between snack! Other than overnight oat, you can use it to make other high protein delicious food such as pudding, pancake, cake, cookies, etc. It is so convenient that I can hit my daily protein intake goals more easily and improve muscle growth as well as fat loss progress by consuming it after working out. For those who are looking for the protein powder with affordable price, delicious taste and low in carbs and fat, this is for you! Give it a try and you will never regret. For the flavor, chocolate series will never go wrong :)Goes Well With:Unsweetened soya milk, unsweetened almond milk, milk and cold water. (can mix with yogurt and ice also to make it as ice-blended protein shake)

First time user
4Bought the Myprotein Impact Whey Chocolate Smooth with a 3rd party seller (reliable) here in my country. At the time this review is being written I am waiting for my Chocolate Mint flavored Myprotein Impact Whey Isolate purchased from this site. Ok so the packaging is simple. I love the resealable pouch container as it take so much space on my cupboards. It seals pretty well (easy to close) and is airtight. Though I don't take any chances and use an additional mechanical sealer (one you would use for opened potato chips or coffee). The product i.e. the powder smells nice, very fine. Mixes well with both water and milk if your shaker comes with this steel ball or plastic mixer/whisk. If it does not have this additional accessory you'll have to shake it longer and more vigorous to or else you'll get some pea sized clumps. You can also mix it by stirring, I recommend you use a fork instead of a spoon. Fork eliminates the clumps, the spoon not so. Unless you stir it vigorously again. Though the clumps don't bother me as they are minute. It maybe an issue for some. As for the taste I would rate it a 3 if you dissolve it in water. It's very sweet and the chocolate is just a hint or scent. It's like drinking diluted chocolate scented (not flavoured) powdered milk that has way too much sugar added to it. Plus there is a bitter after taste (most likely due to the BCAA). However if you use unsweetened Almond Milk, Nonfat/low fat milk or whole milk or unflavoured yoghurt the taste has significantly improved with this I would give the taste a 4-5 rating. The bitter after taste is not so noticeable. Cannot comment on the effectiveness as of yet as I just started this pack. As for the nutritional information at the back of the pack, the protein content is quite low (20gms only for chocolate smooth) but each scoop packs a lot compared to other brands I've tried previously. No additives and its low calorie, assuming what is written is accurate. With that, if I need a higher protein intake I can double or increase the number of scoops and not worry about the added calories or overdosing on the additives. Despite me living outside of Singapore, product cost plus shipping is still cheaper compared to other products I've used before of the same weight . My purpose for buying this product is its lean content and high protein per serving. What I like about this product is it's so lean that you can choose what you can add to it depending on your fitness and training level, program or your dietary requirements. Goes Well With:Unsweetened Almond milk, whole milk, unsweetened soy milk, low fat or nonfat milk, yoghurt of your choice.

Chocolate Smooth
4Bought a 2.5kg pouch Chocolate Smooth. Delivery was pretty good, ordered 4th July and it arrived on the 12th. Good chocolate taste, slightly bland but at least its not overpowering or sweet. Its well, smooth. Slight tiny bit of an artificial aftertaste. Even with a mixer ball, there will still be small clumps of the powder, but its really not that bad. Was using ON's Double Rich Chocolate before this and it used to give me a bit of a stomach upset. With MyProtein, I didnt get any reaction at all. Overall, its great, does its job and its well worth the money spent. Goes Well With:Water or milk (2 1/2 cups)

Good protein
4It doesn't contain protein isolate, but this is good enough for me, the average Joe. Trust me, I have compared hundreds of protein online and with the constant discounts MyProtein offers, this is easily the cheapest whey protein concentrate available (online). Helps that there are so many flavors to choose from.

4I bought the Strawberry Cream and it tastes just as good as the other brand which I used to buy. MyProtein's servings/scoop is also as a better value!

Chocolate Smooth & Strawberry Cream
5Chocolate Smooth Taste like chocolate milk without milk itself. Definitely recommend this flavor. Strawberry Cream Powder smells rich like strawberry milk. For the taste, it is like watery strawberry milk. It would taste amazing with milk.Goes Well With:Milk

Not for the lactose intolerant
2Taste was ok if you like it Not too sweet. Gives me a very bad lactose intolerant reaction so please be warned!Goes Well With:Oats, Banana and peanut butter

Only issue is the foams
3MP's whey tastes slightly bland compared to other brands, but that's fine since you can just add lesser water. However they create tons of foam when shaken and that is rather annoying, only downer for me.
