perfect for muscle injuries
I have had golfers elbow for some time and I needed a cold pack to help with recovery immediately after workouts, I ordered 2 packs , and it has really helped in alternating between cold and hot treatments and it has helped my substantially in pain management .
Report this reviewHot & Cold Gel Pack
Better than the other brands i purchased elsewhere. Love the dual usage - hot and cold. Instruction manual is clear. MP really put in a lot of efforts in their products!
Report this reviewHeats up fast and holds heat well
Used this for my menstrual cramps, the pack takes only about 2 mins in the microwave to get hot enough vs 10mins for a wheat bag. I've been using wheat bags for years and this gel one holds the heat longer than the wheat bag. 1 and half - 2mins of microwave heating last me about 45-60mins, In comparison, my big wheat bags with velcro straps takes about 8-10mins to heat it up till it's hot enough to ease my cramps and only lasts about 30-40 mins. Only small complain is that the strap is abit too short to go around my waist comfortably,
Report this reviewEasy-to-use pack
Instructions were clearly printed on the gel pack. Pack is easy to use and the pouch fabric texture feels comfortable. Only thing is that the elastic band becomes furry due to the velcro and the MYPROTEIN logo imprinted on the pouch looks like it will be rubbed off easily after a few uses, making it look worse for wear.
