5I got the strawberry and it’s awesome with oat/almond milk. I feel that it’s slightly too think to mix with water and didn’t taste good but after mixing it with my oat milk, it was great!

Don't get Unflavoured
4Both the unflavoured version,coz it was cheaper and seemed to be the only one they were selling in a 5kg pouch, but the taste is absolutely horrible. The only way I get around the horrible taste is to mix a bit of my flavoured whey protein when taking the Casein.

Value for money and neutral tasting, great for shakes
4Product is quite neutral tasting and taste kind of like mild milk. I'm lactose intolerant but this product doesn't give me issues. Taste slightly powdery immediately after I mixed it with 300ml of milk. However, the shake became really smooth about 30minutes later. Definitely advised to let it sit for awhile if the powdery texture, common in all caseins I have tried, is an issue. Great product at very affordable price. I bought two bags of 5kg but one of them reached me with a small rupture at the bottom corner seams Goes Well With:Most sweet fruits and milk. Try banana, passion fruit, strawberry, peach, mango etc. Also goes well with the other flavoured whey.

Unexpectedly good
5I bought the unflavored version and I am surprised that it actually taste pretty good! It basically tastes like milk but watered down. I bought a flavored milk protein as well so I tend to mix them to satisfy my sweet tooth. The upside about the unflavored version is that you are actually getting more protein. Flavored versions, especially chocolate, have less protein per serving. A balance between cost effectiveness and the taste is to simply buy a flavored and unflavored variant! On a whole, I feel that casein is a lot more effective compared to whey. I have been consuming whey all this time (5 years) but my muscles feel a lot fuller after switching over to casein (my diet and training remained mostly unchanged). Sounds bro-science(ish) but after doing my own research, I learned that casein is actually superior to whey in terms of its overall effectiveness in building muscle. It is definitely a little pricier but it is worth it. Alternatively, you can wait for their large discounts before making the purchase to increase your savings! Don't buy the unflavoured one
3Purchased the unflavoured casein by accident and unfortunately it tastes like chalk. But I add stevia and cocoa powder or matcha to improve the taste so that helps. Otherwise, it's a solid product. Word or advice: double check your order before payment or you'll end up like me.Goes Well With:Cocoa powder, matcha, milk, stevia

Does its job
4Flavour is good but as with most casein, texture is slightly chalky. Powder is really fine and makes a small cloud when you open, but other than it its a good product will buy againGoes Well With:water, milk
