Not bad
4Not too bad for a shake.. Keeps you full however there are clumps from the mixture.. I do not know is it that my stomach can't take certain ingredients.. i get bloated and wind.. sometimes pain. is that normal? anyway still a good shake!Goes Well With:water, milk, smoothie

4This is the first protein shake I've ever tried. The taste is not bad, it goes well with milk. But it's not very soluble, there are still chunks inside the shake after a while.I felt very full after consuming. However, one thing to improve is the packaging. I bought the 2.5kg one and the bag was not seal-able even though it mentioned that its resealable, can't close it at all. I had to find extra containers to fill up all that supply... perhaps u guys can improve on that.Goes Well With:Milk

Tastes good, doesn't keep you full
4I've tried the cookies and cream and strawberry shortcake flavours and they are both very good in taste. However I've been using whey isolate as a meal replacement mixed with low fat milk for breakfast when I'm at work, and compared to the regular whey isolate, these don't keep me full quite as long.Goes Well With:Low fat milk

Its doesnt mix well at all.
2I bought chocolate mint and strawberry short cake. Its sad to say that it doesnt mix well with water. The end produce is too sweet, and looks like vomit.

Personal opinion for Impact Diet Whey

Effective but could taste better
4This is the first protein shake that I have bought. Even though it has helped take care of my overall protein requirements and helped me build protein mass and lose fat mass, I believe it is extremely sweet. It took me some time to get used to the flavor. Nevertheless, it is easy to mix and the high protein content definitely makes it worthwhile

5Bought this as it came with green tea extract and carnitine. Tastes well, mixes well, and is priced very competitively. Tried double chocolate and very happy, will try another flavour next time. Goes Well With:Water or milk
