Easy mix and good taste
The scoop is massive and I had to use another protein scoop on hand to dig around for it in the 2kg sack. My bottle was too small for the 2+ scoops serving recommended so I had to split the servings into 2 bottles. What happens is the powder is VERY mixable and quickly dissolves in cold water, creating a large amount of foam that doubles the actual content of liquid+powder. Flavour is good too, reminds me of raspberry gummies from Marks and Spencer's. I am drinking this after dinner to avoid any calories going to waste. For 2 huge scoops I'm getting only 400 calories so I need every drop I can get.Goes Well With:Cold water is the best really

light taste with filling effect
has a refreshing taste like a soda drink, not sure if it's just me but a serving keeps me feeling full for a few hours! it takes a while to dissolve though, especially in cold water, so gotta make sure to shake for a while to get everything mixed properly.Goes Well With:ice & water
